I know the Gluten Craze is all around us, and like my daughter is sick of hearing me say I have Celiac disease to everyone who tries to entice me with gluten ridden foods, I am sure you are sick of the gluten free craze. Unfortunately, for over 2 million of us, it's not a craze or new phase but a life choice.
